Admission Process

  1. Take the NMT
  2. Register personal electronic accounts from July 1 to 19 at vstup.edbo.gov.ua
  3. To register an electronic applicant account, you need:
    • NMT certificate
    • Identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine)
    • Taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP)
    • Education document
    • Email address
    • Digital photo (limit 1 MB)

Important when submitting applications:

  • Application priority: when applying for budget places, the applicant must indicate the priority of each application, where 1 is the highest priority.
  • Up to 5 applications can be submitted for budget places, and up to 10 for contract places.
  • Applications can only be edited until they are submitted.
  • After submitting applications, the applicant needs to track their status in the electronic account.
  • Application acceptance starts on July 19 and ends on August 1 at 18:00.
  • If the applicant has benefits, they must be documented by contacting the educational institution before submitting the first application.
